Viber Gets New Updates

Viber, one of the best VoIP calling application has been updated to version 2.2 with some new and improved features. The update has been launched on both Android and IOS with some most awaited features like group messaging, a significantly improved user interface and voice quality. Right now Viber has more than 90 million registered users and messages sent over Viber per month vary from 1 billion to 2 billion. To improve its messaging features now Viber has introduced interesting messaging updates in the application. While doing group messaging the application will show the thumbnail of the users and the recent sender will have the largest thumbnail amongst all.

 

You can also change the background o the application, rather than just white the users can choose any fun background along with doing messaging in landscape. Also rather than getting bombarded with alerts the app has added a new smart notification feature and a system to improve the speed of group messaging has been installed too. With another new add on the users can share images with names.

 

The next update expected with this application is it will have nine additional languages like Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hebrew, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. The Beta version of the application has been launched on Blackberry and Windows phone and later with new updates the messaging features will be added too to the application.

IOS 6 Beta Version Launched, Jelly Bean Should Too

Market has been waiting for the new version of Android since a long time ago, but yet no surety of its launch has come. The launch of Jelly Bean is yet a secret. Yet the market is expecting that with the launch of new Google Nexus manufacture by Taiwan based company ASUS will bring with it the new operating system, but no confirmations are given.

Although for IOS users Apple has launched a beta version of its new operating system IOS at WWDC meet 2012. All IOS 5 users who cant wait for the launch and are willing to switch to IOS 6 before September can now DOWNLOAD its Beta Version on their iphones and ipads. The process of downloading is easy and fast, but handling the beta version on your device is not an easy task as it has many bugs that will make your device hang. Still users who can’t wait can try it once on your Smart-phone.

If cant wait for the new version Jelly Bean then atleast Android enthusiasts can hope for a beta version of this version like IOS 6.

INTRODUCING FLIPBOARD BETA VERSION FOR ANDROID…

FlipBoard is a collection of different social media in the form of magazine format and the user can flip from one application to another. Initially the application was availed for IOS, but now a beta version is introduced for Android users as well. The demo of the Flipboard for Android was given with Samsung Galaxy SIII where the working of the application was shown on the home screen of the Galaxy range.

 

The application initially designed for ipad has a very innovative user interface and the user feels like it is reading a book. Initially you could save 9 different publications on your home-screen and the user can read article from those 9 publications presented in the form of apps. But after updates done the user can read article on the basis of subject of preferences. The user can also read its tweets and facebook feeds and updates using this application.
