LG Optimus Vu Making Its Debut In September

LG has announced the launch of its latest smart-phone LG Optimus Vu that has been availed already in Korea and Japan is soon going to be launched in Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East and Latin America too. 500,000 handsets already sold the makers are now planning for the launch in month of September. The Android based handset is available in CDMA in 2G and 3G network. With black and white color variation it has a beautiful 5 inch HD-IPS LC capacitive touch-screen with 16M colors and resolution 768×1024 pixels.

Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich based smartphone running on dual-core scorpion Qualcomm MSM8660 snapdragon processor at a speed of 1.5 GHz is suitable for multi-tasking. Get an internal memory of 32GB for storage and 1GB RAM with no card slot for external memory. The handset supports an 8MP back camera with LED flash, geo-tagging, autofocus, face detection, image stabilization and resolution 3264×2448 pixels. For wireless connectivity users get Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP with USB 2.0 for file transfer through device connectivity. For a better audio quality it is loaded with Dolby mobile sound enhancement. The handset has a strong battery back-up with a standard Li-ion battery 2080 mAh.

Other than the above features it has other utility software like accelerometer, SNS applications, HTML, Adobe Flash, Document Viewer/Editor, MP3/MP4 player, organizer, voice memo, predictive text input etc. The price of the handset is approximately Rs. 32000 in India with 4G LTE network support. VLC Player App Coming Soon On Android

For running single multimedia file on their Android device, the android users have lots of options like MoboPlayer, myVideoPlayer or Real Player. But there has never been an option to play multiple multimedia files on one application. To solve this issue now developers for the first time are going to launch VLC Player app on Android that will let the users play multiple audio and video files.

HTC EVO 4G LTE EXPECTED TO BE LAUNCHED TILL 23 MAY…..

Due to ITC exclusion order the shipping of HTC One X and HTC EVO 4G LTE across the US border was delayed. But as said by HTC the issues will be resolved very soon and so is, the HTC EVO 4G LTE scheduled to be launched on 18 May 2012 is not coming in market today. The date is no yet confirmed but HTC officials have said that provide an update on the availability of phone in the market very soon. Although from the sources news has come that HTC is planning to schedule the launch on coming Wednesday i.e. 23 May 2012.
